VOLUNTEER GUIDELINES:
Your safety is our priority, and we are committed to equipping you and ensuring that you are operating in wisdom while serving at Abuja 2023. We do not want to make it easy for anyone to access or sell your information online and/or set up fake social media platforms in your name or your ministry/organization. Therefore, all volunteers and partners must strictly adhere to the following instructions and guidelines:

1. Please do not take any personal or group pictures or videos of or with any guests. We will have professional photographers/videographers on site. All pictures will be official in nature, captured and distributed by the Abuja 2023 team.
2. There is to be no exchange of personal telephone numbers, email addresses or alternate forms of personal contact information with the guests. All communication must be directed to and through the official telephone number associated with and managed by the Abuja 2023 team.
3. Under no circumstance are you to give anyone any personal money, clothing, or jewelry. We must guard against any of your belongings ending up being utilized in ritualistic practices common to the area. We do not want you made vulnerable to physical or spiritual harm.
4. There are to be no private (separate, secret, isolated, emergency…) meetings with any of our guests, partners, or volunteers. All meetings must be officially approved by the Abuja 2023 directors.
5. Please do not engage in any random, on-the-side prayers or prophecies to or from anyone. Where there is space and time authorized by the Abuja 2023 directors to pray, please ensure that you have a physical Bible in your hand and avoid making physical contacts with anyone. It is important that you operate above reproach and allow no room for false accusation.
6. Please do not give your personal information or business card, flyer or personal or ministry information to anyone; you are not there to market yourself or your service or product. You are there to promote and assist specifically with Abuja 2023 community outreach programs.
7. Under no circumstance are you to receive any gifts from the guests or volunteers, no matter the sentiment. If offered, you must absolutely resist the temptation to receive these items, for your physical and spiritual safety.
NOTE: In the context of this specific event, the guests are not there to give or receive anything from you personally. If they seek this favor, please be wise to resist that form of engagement at this present time. This specific event is designed to provide each guest with as much as N20,000-Naira mini grant (for TUITION, WASCE, NECO, JAMB, etc.) alongside an opportunity to enroll, long-term, in our free and impactful online and in-person classes. Please be assured that soon you will have ample opportunity to impact them with your gifts through this outlet in a structured and safe manner.
