The vision for this program was received by Dr. (Apostle) Segun Masha on March 14, 2023 at 6:00 am in Atlanta, GA, USA. As he prayed, the Lord spoke to him and compelled his heart to take a powerful, impactful community outreach vision to Nigeria. The Spirit imparted a vision and, in it, he saw two persons which he believed to be angels of God. They took him to a location in Abuja and showed him what God desired be carried out, revealing exactly what the extensive community outreach would look like and who it would serve. Like in real time, every practical aspect of the program was revealed to him.

In response, he told the spiritual beings that he had done extensive community outreach programs in the US in the past, but that season of ministry had come to an end. He explained that he was now simply partnering with other ministries in that capacity, rather than spearheading those types of programs himself. The angels nodded in affirmation, but then told him to go forward and facilitate the same programs in Nigeria. He responded that he would obey and do so, then he woke up.

So, in obedience to the Lord, he arose and began to labor towards Abuja 2023. He put heads together with his wife and family, and began to lead his team of young leaders, ministers, partners, and volunteers towards fulfilling the mandate tasked to him by the Lord.
